As Pricing and Promotion Specialist at QSR Multinational Company and as part of the Marketing team, you will report directly to the Omnichannel Retail & Promotion Lead.

You are going to be part of the department in charge to drive the growth of the brand and business through promotional strategy and pricing management. Your key functions would include:

 * This role will be responsible of assisting the manager in running and in implementing different promotional and pricing strategies, support new launches and improve current offer at an omnichannel level: Dine In, Drive Thru and Delivery.
 * Will also analyze market data and insights, to identify and determine industry and consumers trends. Specifically, will lead sales-in weekly reports, to let internal/external stakeholders understand how our different campaigns are performing.
 * Will ensure the right ongoing partnership with other departments (especially with commercial, finance, communication, and supply) to roll-out concept and market tests, as well as final national launches.
 * Will collaborate on different pricing reviews, not only in the prior analysis, but also in the recommendation and coordination of the departments involved for the correct implementation of changes, always focusing not only on the consumer, but also on the profitability of the business.
 * Will also assist to deliver insightful results of new and current offers throughout all channels.
 * Will be responsible of coupons and kids' category and will oversee setting and implementing strategy and improvements across all channels.
 * Will lead and ensure the right alignment between marketing and stakeholders, both internal and franchisees, through the development of different communication documents.


 * Bachelor's or master's degree in Marketing or Business administration.
 * Previous experience between 1 and 2 years in similar positions preferred.
 * Comfortable with analysis and excel files. He /she can develop a basic marketing analysis regarding sales mix, product penetration and competitors benchmarking within offers and pricing.
 * Understand consumer research tools, such as Nielsen, Kantar, Sales Track or NPD Crest and its basic metrics for both, branding and promotional products. (Awareness, consideration, overall liking, purchase intention).
 * Used to develop and prepare impactful PowerPoints that take people with him/her.
